Will was on the management board of the German British Forum, a group that supported social and business exchange and dialogue between the UK and Germany. He has been associated with GBF since 2014-2020 when the forum was terminated. Activities included an annual conference, round tables, a Stammtisch programme and visits to companies in Germany.
